Eleanor CoppEleanor Copp

I have been a Midwife since 1993, and since 2008 a Hypnotherapist. My work is partly in the NHS and partly in  Private Practice.

I am very familiar with feeling anxious and out of this learned how to manage my own anxiety through self development and training. Now  I support Women and Men  of all ages to manage their fears and concerns.

I work with groups of couples who are expecting a baby and Midwives, Nurses and Doctors who are dealing with their work stress. No one is immune!

Its brilliant to be able to do this supportive work via phone,  email and skype and  I really enjoy running the training days with Naomi. We are very happy to work with anyone who feels the needs for some practical and emotional support to enable them to keep doing their job with interest, confidence and energy.

We know that by accessing support we immediately become more available to support others around us and the good stuff spreads. In the hospital and Community environment we are all under pressure and we all need some backing from time to time  to keep us  going, we are here to give you that.

Naomi Morton

Naomi MortonI have been a qualified midwife since 1987 and have been a community midwife offering continuity of care since 1989, previously working in high risk midwifery care.  I work in an NHS stand alone isolated MLU in Oxfordshire.  I am also a breast feeding specialist.

I have been a Hypnotherapist since 2008 and have a busy private practice. I also teach HypnoBirthing.

I am passionate about normal birth and supporting families through their journey to parenthood. I am also passionate about supporting other midwives in their journey to become confident practitioners.

Like Eleanor I am familiar with the stress of working within the NHS and how to manage all that is involved whether on a busy labour ward or in a quiet home.

Together we have devised some strategies to help you manage these stresses.
